 Q1.What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, non-perishable items in their original condition.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will begin processing your refund. Please allow up to four (4) business days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed.

Q3. Exchanges

SS Baskets, LLC does not offer direct exchanges on returns. please place a new order.

Q5. Is SS Baskets, LLC a physical store?

No, SS Baskets, LLC does not operate a physical retail store. We are primarily an online business, offering a convenient shopping experience with a wide selection of thoughtfully curated gift baskets, handcrafted ribbon bows, gift accessories, and memorable gifts from the comfort of your home.

We also will participate in select pop-up shops, holiday set-up and vendor events throughout the year. Contact us for more information about upcoming events and appearances.

Q2. When will my refund appear on my credit card statement?

Refunds may take one (1) to two (2) billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Q4. Please Note

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable or food-based items

  • Custom or personalized baskets

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items and FINAL SALE items

All eligible returns requesting a refund must include the original proof of purchase or receipt.

Q6.What are SS Baskets, LLC's location, and pick-up hours?

 Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page for location details and pick-up arrangements. If you are picking up an order, please have your order confirmation number and a valid photo ID ready.

Our pick-up hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 SS Baskets, LLC offers custom gift baskets designed to fit your preferences and special occasions. Custom orders are available on a 50/50 payment basis, with a 50% deposit required to begin creating your order and the remaining balance due upon completion.

Throughout the design process, we will communicate with you through the special-order password section of our website, where we will provide photos and videos of your custom gift basket for your review.

Once your custom gift basket is completed, you will receive a password to access the special-order approval section located in the website menu to review your order and provide final approval. After your approval and final payment, your custom gift basket will be ready for LOCAL pick-up or shipped to your preferred location.
