Return & Refund Policy

At SS Baskets, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines.

Returns

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your return request.

Please allow up to four (4) business days after receipt of the returned item for processing. Refunds may require one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

Photos of damaged merchandise may be required before approval.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition whenever possible.

  • A return authorization code must be obtained before returning any merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable or food-based items

  • Opened or used products

  • Final Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Personalized gift baskets or handcrafted products made specifically for a customer 

  • Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other website policies at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers are encouraged to review these policies periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed on this page reflects the most recent revision.

  • Customized and Special-Order Products

  • At SS Baskets, LLC, many of our products are handcrafted and made specifically for each customer. Customized, personalized, and special-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • For special-order items, customers will receive access to a password-protected approval section on our website where photos and/or videos of the custom order may be provided for review. Once customer approval is received and production continues, the order becomes non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

  • Special-Order 50/50 Payment Policy

  • SS Baskets, LLC offers a 50/50 payment option on select custom and special-order products.

  • The payment terms are as follows:

  • • An initial non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total order amount is required before work begins.

  • • Upon receipt of the deposit, production of the custom order will commence.

  • • Photos and/or videos of the order may be provided through our password-protected approval section for customer review and communication.

  • • The remaining 50% balance, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, must be paid in full before the order is shipped or delivered.

  • • Once the final payment is received, the order will be prepared for shipment and a tracking number will be provided when available.

  • • Failure to complete the final payment within 30 days of notification may result in cancellation of the order. Any materials, labor, and design costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund at the sole discretion of SS Baskets, LLC.

  • • Custom and special-order deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.
